If you have Medicaid, you are eligible for free transportation to medical appointments, with no out-of-pocket costs. Please contact your DSS case worker to schedule your ride with our agency.
Make sure to call as soon as you know the date and time of your appointment to ensure the DSS transportation coordinator can arrange your schedule with us.

You can schedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Please allow extra time for traffic, any necessary assistance, and unforeseen circumstances to ensure we arrive on time.
You must prepay for your travel by selecting "BOOK NOW" and processing your payment. If you need help with payment, please contact our scheduling coordinator at 980.518.0489 for assistance.
